  1. All Sales are Final: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products or services purchased from our website, unless expressly stated otherwise in specific circumstances.                                                           

  2. Order Cancellation Policy: We do not accept cancellations of orders under any circumstances. This policy is particularly applicable to pre-orders, as the production and stitching process begins specifically for your order upon placement. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.        

  3. Quality Assurance: We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, and any available images to make an informed decision.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide instructions on how to proceed.

  5. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  6. Personalized and Custom Items: Any items that are personalized or custom-made cannot be returned or exchanged.

  7. Hygiene and Health Products: For health and safety reasons, none of our products can be returned or exchanged.

  8. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  9. Return Process: If you are eligible for a return or exchange as per the terms mentioned above, you will be provided with instructions for the return process. You will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service.

  10. Refund Process: If a refund is approved for eligible items, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  11. Exceptions: Our No Return/Exchange Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
